Prerequisites:
You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to benefit from this integration 💳
The integration must be performed using an administrative or technical account in Ringover 👨💼
The integration needs to be installed using a Firefish administrator account
Step 1: Activation in Firefish
In Firefish, follow these steps:
1. Open the Settings menu at the top of your Firefish account.
2. Click on "Integrations" in the drop down menu.
3. Navigate to the "Custom API" tab
Then create a Profile with the following scopes:
Keep the page open with your Profile Name, Client ID and Client Secret for future use in Ringover.
Step 2: Activation in Ringover
💻 Go to Dashboard > Integration,
Search for "Firefish" and click on it.
- Then, enter your Firefish details and click on “Activate”.
IMPORTANT: for the URL field, make sure you copy the url only up to ".jobs", as shown below:
Step 3: Configure your Firefish Integration
Customize the behavior of the integration based on your requirements through the settings. To do this, click on 'Your integrations' and open Firefish.

Step 4: Use the Firefish Integration
Install the Ringover Dialer extension for your browser.
You can now call from any candidate or contact, by clicking on the Call & Message button or any highlighted phone number.
Your activities (calls, SMS, Whatsapp messages) will be logged automatically in the activities section, along with your call summary and call transcript link.
