Creating a call summary style
1) Create a new summary style
- To create your call summary, go to your settings, navigate to AI customization, and finally click on summary.
- Click on create a summary style.
You will be presented with three different ways to configure your new style:
Create with the AI agent
- If you choose to create the summary with the AI agent, simply answer the chat questions to automatically generate your summary.
- You can edit the details later after the AI-generated summary is created.
Create from a template
- If you choose an existing template, you can select other available prompt templates and add custom keywords according to your needs.
Create manually
- If you choose manual creation, you will need to write your own prompt.
- You must specify the instructions, the expected content of the summary, and the desired format (for example, presenting the summary as bullet points).
- You can then refine your prompt with the help of the AI to achieve a more accurate result.
2) Add the users and groups
You must add users or groups who will have access to this summary style. You also have the option to automatically add new users.
Once all your configurations and user assignments are complete, don't forget to save and activate your summary style. You will then be able to see a preview of your completed summary style.
3) Example of use
Once your summary styles are configured, you can apply them to your daily workflows.
- After a call, in the "summary" section select the most appropriate summary style from those you previously created.
- You can also edit by clicking on the pen icon.
