Deleting Call Logs from the Web Dashboard
You can delete call logs directly from your Ringover dashboard by following these steps:
- Log in to your Ringover dashboard
- Navigate to the 'Logs d'appels' (Call Logs) section
- Locate the specific call you wish to delete
- Use the deletion option available for that call entry
- Refresh the page to confirm the deletion has been processed
This process works for all types of calls, including incoming, outgoing, missed calls, and voicemail messages.
Important Notes About Call Deletion
Deletion Delay
There may be a delay of several minutes between deleting a call and its removal from the call log. During this time, the deleted call may still appear in your logs. This is a known issue that the Ringover team is working to improve.
Administrator Visibility
When a user deletes a call from their view, it remains visible in the dashboard for administrators or account managers. This means that while you can remove calls from your personal view, the call record is not permanently erased from the system's main administrative view.
Mobile Application Limitations
Please note that voicemail messages and call logs cannot be deleted directly from the Ringover mobile application. To remove these items, you must access the Ringover web application or dashboard.
