Teamtailor offers a modern recruitment and applicant tracking platform designed to help companies attract, nurture, and hire top talent with ease.
By integrating Ringover with Teamtailor, you can significantly enhance your recruitment communication workflows. The integration ensures that your calls, SMS, and WhatsApp activities are automatically logged and synchronized with candidate records - helping your teams stay organized and efficient.
Once activated, the integration allows you to:
- Use click-to-call: initiate calls directly from Teamtailor.
- Log your call activities: Ringover call activities are automatically logged as activities in Teamtailor, along with notes, tags, call recording link, transcription link and summary.
- Log your SMS and WhatsApp messaging activities: as individual activities, or a grouped conversation under one item.
- Synchronize your candidates with Ringover.
- Benefit from Ringover transcriptions and summaries of your calls (recording must be enabled).
- Benefit from summaries and next steps with AI (when Empower is activated).

Prerequisites
Before starting the integration, please ensure the following requirements are met:
- Ringover Account: you must have admin access to your Ringover dashboard
- Teamtailor Account: you must have admin access
Step-by-Step Integration Guide
I. Generate your API key in Teamtailor
1. Log in to your Teamtailor account
2. Click on your account name at the top right of the page, and navigate to 'Settings'
3. In the left hand menu click on 'API keys'
4. Click on 'New API key':
5. Enter a name for your key (e.g. 'Ringover Integration') and set the scopes as follows:

II. Activate the integration in Ringover
1. Go to Dashboard > Integrations
2. Locate "Teamtailor" from the list of available integrations and click on it
4. Enter your API key and click 'Activate'
III. Configure your settings

For a quick start, from the integration settings panel:
- Make sure that you have mapped your users by clicking "+ Manage users" and activated the synchronization of your contacts.
- Turn on the synchronization of your contacts (candidates) to ensure that all profiles are up-to-date and available in your Ringover interface.
Additionally:
- Verify that the users who are going to use the integration have call recording enabled in the Dashboard user settings if you want to benefit from the call recording link, transcript link and summary in your activities.

Install the Ringover click-to-call extension in your browser.
Once the extension is installed, you can click the phone button in Teamtailor to make calls via Ringover.
You can now make a test call by clicking on a candidate's phone and verify that this is logged in Teamtailor as an activity:
