The Live Companion templates allow you to create structured call guides tailored to your business needs. Thanks to these templates, your teams benefit from real-time guidance during their calls: handling objections, competitor comparisons, product reminders, and following a methodological framework such as BANT or MEDDPICC.
Set up a Live Companion template
Step 1: Access templates
Log in to Empower.
Click Create templates to start setting up a new template.
Step 2: Basic configuration
In the template creation window:
Template name: Give it a clear and identifiable name.
Call type: Select or create the relevant call type (e.g. discovery, demo, negotiation…).
Competitors: Add the competitors to consider.
Products: Select the products you want to include.
Objections: Add the most common objections your teams encounter.
Step 3: Choose the framework
Associate a methodological framework (BANT, MEDDPICC, etc.) to guide the conversation and ensure a structured approach.
Step 4: Opening strategy
Define an opening strategy to help your teams engage the conversation in a compelling and consistent way.
Step 5: Users and groups
Assign the template to specific users or groups to ensure it is used by the right teams.
Use during calls
Once activated, the Live Companion template appears in real time during calls and provides:
Discussion points tailored to the situation,
Responses to common objections,
Competitor comparisons,
a framework-based guide.
This ensures that each exchange is coherent, strategic, and aligned with your business goals.
