Adding a number in Ringover improves customer service, facilitates internal organization, and establishes both local and international presence. Additionally, it offers flexibility, advanced features, cost reduction, and scalability, thereby enhancing your company's image and efficiency.
Prerequisites:
- To add numbers to your Ringover account, you must be an account administrator or have access to the Dashboard 👨💼
Adding a number
- 💻 Go to your Dashboard> Settings> Numbers
- Select "Add a Number" at the top of the page and choose "Port Number."
- Select your country, then choose the number you wish to acquire.
- Provide your SIRET number and upload a phone bill for the relevant line dated within the last 3 months.
- Finally, choose your desired portability date.
💡 Your billing 💰 will be updated at the end of the month with the price of the numbers you have added.
Porting a mobile number
If you want to port your mobile number to Ringover, follow these steps:
- Obtain a PAC (Porting Authorization Code) from your current mobile provider
- Ensure your current mobile contract has expired or you're eligible for porting
- Contact Ringover's porting team with your PAC code and number details
- Verify the porting request and expected timeline for number transfer
Finalise your request
After submitting your request, please check your inbox. You will receive an email containing a link to electronically sign the portability authorization form.
Important: Your portability request will only be processed once this mandate is signed within the specified time frame.
