Post-call Analysis
1) Accessing post-call analysis settings
To begin setting up your analysis tabs, navigate to AI customization in your menu. From there, access post call analysis.
2) Create a new tab
Click on create a tab to start building a new customized post-call analysis view. You will configure the following details:
- Name the tab and add a description so users know its purpose. If needed, you can use AI to help develop this description.
- Choose the appearance of your post-call tab. Once everything is configured to your liking, click save.
3) Viewing tab details
After saving, you can hover over the newly created tab to display the added description. Additionally, in the post-call analysis table, both the tab creator and the creation date are displayed for easy reference.
4) Accessing the tab in calls
Once your tabs are configured, you can use them during your daily communications.
- Open a call or a video conference.
- You will find your customized post call analysis tab available in all calls.
