Ask Empower templates allow you to create predefined prompts that help users quickly analyze calls using AI. By setting up templates, you can standardize the type of insights generated from conversations and make it easier for teams to access consistent analyses.
These templates can be customized, shared with specific users or groups, and reused across calls and meetings.
Ask Empower Templates
1) Accessing the templates page
To manage your Ask Empower templates:
- Go to AI Customization.
- Click on Ask Empower.
On this page, you will see three sections:
- Personal templates – Templates created by you
- Shared templates – Templates shared with you
- All templates – Templates created within your company
2) Creating an Ask Empower Template
To create a new template:
- Click Create Template.
- Name your template.
- Customize its appearance by selecting a color and an emoji.
- Add your prompt manually or generate it with the help of AI.
- Choose whether to enable or disable document attachments.
3) Adding users or groups
You can share your template with specific users or teams.
- Click Add Users / Groups.
- Select the users or groups you want to grant access to.
- You can also choose to add all users.
- Optionally, enable the setting to automatically include new users in the future.
- Click Save to confirm the template configuration.
4) Checking template statistics
Each template includes usage statistics, allowing you to see:
- How many times the template has been used
- Which users have used it
This helps track adoption and evaluate the usefulness of your templates.
5) Using a template in a call
To use an Ask Empower template during a call or video meeting:
- Open a call or video recording.
- Click Ask Empower.
- When the side panel opens, click the icon on the right side of the search bar.
- A window will appear displaying:
- Pinned templates
- All available templates
- Select the template you want to use.
