The Team Settings section of your Ringover admin interface allows you to manage access rules, call synchronization, and AI behavior according to your organization’s needs.
Team Settings
To access it go to Empower Settings, then open "Company Settings" and click on "Team Settings". Here you can activate or deactivate a variety of options for your team :
- Users within the same group can view calls made by other group members.
- Enable orange mode
- Analyse calls less than 60 seconds
- Restrict audio, video playback, and call transcription for specific users.
- Process all voicemail calls automatically.
- Exclude calls with certain tags from AI analysis.
- Calls from your AIRO account will appear in Empower.-
- Optionally sync calls to your CRM for updated summaries.
- Enable or disable core features for your team. Changes take effect instantly:
- Call Score: Automatically grade calls based on custom criteria and keywords.
- Call Mood: Track customer sentiment during calls using AI.
To ensure effective team management and optimal use of Ringover features:
- Enable synchronization with Empower if you are using it for coaching or call analysis — this centralizes data and simplifies performance tracking.
- Include short calls (<60 seconds) in analysis only if they provide real operational value (e.g., frequent but brief calls).
- Restrict access to sensitive content (audio, video, transcription) for users who do not need it, maintaining privacy best practices.
- Manage group access carefully to ensure only the right team members can view collective calls.
