Reschedule a call during a private call campaign
1. Set a reschedule time
After making a call attempt during a private call campaign, you can ensure the system automatically schedules your next attempt based on your exact preferences.
Complete a call attempt during your private call campaign.
Click on Call back later.
Select the specific date and hour, or choose the quick option "call back in 1 hour".
Click on Apply.
⚠️ Please be aware that our system currently has a 1-minute wait time between calls. This prevents immediate back-to-back dialing after completing a previous call.
