The Reschedule Call feature allows you to choose exactly when to call a contact back by adjusting the time between two call attempts to the same number.
How to reschedule a call?
- Click on Remind later.
- Select:
- A specific date and time,
- Or the quick option Remind in 1 hour.
- Click on Apply.
The call will be automatically scheduled based on your preferences.
Important note about call timing
Please be aware that our system currently has a 1-minute wait time between calls, which prevents immediate back-to-back dialing after completing a previous call. This limitation may impact call center efficiency. If this affects your workflow, we recommend consulting with our support team about potential workarounds or future system updates.
