The Our Products section in AIRO Coach allows you to manage the list of solutions or services your company offers. This information is used to analyze your calls and better understand how your teams present and position your offers.
Prerequisites:
- Have administrator access to Empower.
- Have the AIRO Coach feature enabled in your settings.
- Know the main characteristics of the products you want to add (name, website, description, features, etc.).
Accessing Product Management
- Open Settings in Empower.
- Go to AIRO Coach, then select Our Products.
- You will see the list of products already saved in your workspace.

Add a Product
Click on Add Products. Two options are available:
- Add manually: you fill in all the product information yourself.
- Add using AI: the AI automatically suggests one or several products (feature currently being rolled out).
Step 1 – General Information
- Product Name: enter the name of the solution.
- Website URL: add the reference address.
- USP: specify the key differentiating argument.
- Description: provide a clear presentation of the product.
- Features: list the main features (separated by commas).
Step 2 – Pricing Plans
Add information related to the different pricing plans (e.g. Standard, Pro, Enterprise). This will help better contextualize the sales conversations analyzed by AIRO Coach.
Manage Your Existing Products
- Use the activation/deactivation button to make a product visible or not in AIRO Coach.
- Delete a product if needed by clicking on the trash icon.
- Update a product’s information if its positioning or features change.
Example of Use
Your company offers three solutions: an internal messaging tool, a video conferencing platform, and a CRM. You can add each of these products to AIRO Coach with their description, key selling points, and main features. When analyzing a call, you’ll see whether your teams present your offers correctly and easily identify points to improve (e.g. emphasizing USPs or ensuring consistency in sales pitches).

1. Can I add an unlimited number of products?
Yes, you can add as many products as needed in AIRO Coach.
2. What happens if a product is deactivated?
A deactivated product will no longer appear in call analyses, but it remains stored in your database.
3. Can I edit a product’s information after creation?
Yes, you can update a product’s name, description, features, or pricing plans at any time.
4. Is automatic addition via AI already available?
The feature will be available soon. For now, you can manually add your products.
