If you’re using Ringover with HubSpot, you can now make and receive calls from anywhere in HubSpot - without losing your connection or interrupting your workflow.
Whether you’re reviewing a contact record, managing a deal, or browsing another section, your call stays active as you move through HubSpot.
Benefits
With this update, Ringover’s integration now fully supports inbound and outbound calling inside HubSpot.
This provides several key advantages:
📲 Call from anywhere: Place outbound calls or answer incoming calls directly within HubSpot.
🔄 Stay connected while navigating: Move between pages during a live call without interruptions.
📝 Automatic call tracking: Both incoming and outgoing calls are automatically recorded in HubSpot’s call logs, where you can take notes in real time and get AI summaries afterwards.
🧠 Simplified workflow: No need to switch tools. Everything happens inside HubSpot.
How it works
When you initiate a call, HubSpot will prompt you to “Open calling window”
On Windows, the Ringover dialer opens in a pop-up window.
On Mac, it opens in a new browser tab.
To keep your call active, make sure the calling window stays open. You can continue browsing HubSpot freely while it’s active.

Who can use it?
This feature is available to all Ringover customers with the HubSpot integration enabled.
There’s no special setup needed - just make sure you’re using the latest version of the dialer.
