The AI Call Qualification feature allows artificial intelligence to automatically assign tags to your calls and generate a summary in the associated notes within Empower. An audio message is played at the beginning of the call to inform that "the call may be summarized by AI".
Step 1: Activate the feature
Before using this feature, you need to activate the AI Call Qualification add-on.
Go to your Dashboard > Store > Marketplace , then search for "AI Call Qualification" and enable it.
Step 2: Recommendation – Use Tag Management
We recommend activating the Tag Management feature, which allows you to group and organize your tags in an optimal way. This will make it easier to manage the tags automatically applied by the AI.
Step 3: Tag Synchronization
Once the feature is activated, tag synchronization is automatic based on your Ringover account configuration.
Simply make sure that your desired tags are set as "accessible to everyone" or to the intended teammates to ensure proper application by the AI. " Create and authorize your users to use call tags and tag groups".
If you do not yet have grouped tags, this option allows you to create groups in order to activate AI auto-tags (automatic call qualification) more efficiently according to your needs.
