The "Framework Analysis" feature allows you to customize how the AI analyzes calls according to your team’s sales or performance methodologies, such as MEDDPICC, BANT, SPICED, or your own custom frameworks.
With this option, you can create your own analysis templates, define specific criteria, and track your team’s performance with a grid tailored to your business reality.

Creating a Framework
1. Access your workspace
To create your framework, go to the Framework Analysis section in AI Customization within your Empower workspace and click on "Create a framework".
2. Add elements to your framework
- Start by naming your framework.
- Then select the corresponding use case (sales, support, training, recruitment).
- Add a description to make the analysis more precise.
- Finally, add a checklist to define your opening strategy.
☝️ The goal is to specify how the conversation should start to set the right tone from the beginning.
3. Add your metrics
- Start by naming your metric.
- Then detail how this step should be applied: the goal is to indicate to the AI what to evaluate, quantify, and validate for this metric, using indicators if necessary.
- Generate checkpoints, either manually or with the help of AI.
☝️ Using AI at this step is only possible if you add a general description of the methodology.
Don’t forget to save your changes!
4. Select users
Finally, add users, save your framework, and activate it.
5. Set a default framework
Once your framework is saved, you can perform other actions, such as setting a default framework.
