AI framework analysis allows you to standardise call evaluation, automate quality management, and guide agent performance using artificial intelligence. In this guide, you’ll learn how to create, configure, and assign custom AI analysis frameworks to your team.
Create and configure AI analysis frameworks in Ringover
1. Access AI framework management
Navigate to your AI customization settings to view, filter, or create new analysis frameworks.
- Go to AI Customizations.
- Click on Framework Analysis to view and manage your frameworks.
- Click on the Active or Disabled filter buttons to toggle between active and inactive frameworks.
- Click on the + Create button (or "+") to start a new framework item.
2. Define framework details and use case
Set up the core identity and scope for your new analysis framework.
- Type the Name of your new framework in the text field
- Click on Choose use case to specify the framework's application
- Enter a clear Description detailing the framework's purpose and objectives if necessary.
3. Configure checkpoints and your steps
Build out structured steps and evaluation criteria for your call analysis workflow.
Add an opening strategy
- Toggle the switch to add Checkpoints.
- Toggle the switch to enable or disable the Opening strategy.
- Describe the associated step in order to clarify its objectives.
If you need to remove an unwanted checkpoint or step, simply click on the trash can icon next to the item.
Add steps
- Click on the + Add step button to add a new step to your workflow.
- Enter the metric name.

Click the '+ Add manually' button to input checkpoints or click on Generate with AI to have the AI assist with generating step content.
Click the '+ Add Step' button to add a new step to your workflow.
4. Assign users and set default frameworks
Assign team members to the framework and establish default settings across your organization.
Assigning users
- Search for specific users or select all users (Note: When you select a person, the framework they are already associated with will be indicated).
- Check the box next to users if you want to set this as the default framework for all users.
- Click on Save changes to apply your updates and complete the operation.
Setting default frameworks
Click the gear icon to access framework analysis settings.
Set the default framework for all users.
Click the checkbox next to 'Users' to select it.
Click the 'Change default framework analysis' button to update the selected users' framework analysis.
You can click the dropdown to select a default framework analysis for the user.
Save the changes to complete the operation.
