Tasks allow you to plan follow-up actions (call, SMS, or video meeting) directly from the Ringover mobile app. Here’s how to create a task in just a few steps.
Accessing Tasks and Creating a New One
From the bottom navigation bar, tap the Tasks icon. You can switch between the Today and Upcoming tabs to view your scheduled actions.
To create a new task, tap the + Add a task button located at the bottom of the screen.
Configuring the Task
On the task creation screen, start by choosing the type of task: Call, SMS, or Meet.
Next, select a contact using the Search for a contact… field. Type a name or number and choose the correct entry from the suggestions.
Then, set a due date by tapping Date and selecting the desired day.
You can also add a description to provide context or any relevant information for the task.
One last option is available: you can tap the flame icon to mark this task as important.
Finalizing the Task
Once all the information is filled in, tap Create to save your task.
It will automatically appear in the Today or Upcoming tab depending on the selected date.
Tips
Use the filter icon to sort your tasks (by type, priority, etc.).
All tasks also appear within the associated contact’s profile.
You can directly execute the action (call, SMS, or Meet) from your task list.
