Creating your AIRO agent
1. Accessing the AIRO Agent
To access and select a plan for your AIRO agent:
- Go to your marketplace.
- Choose between 2 offers: Pay as you go or a Customize plan (which includes Airo Voice Lite, Airo Voice Plus, and Airo Voice Max).
2. Creating a new Agent
Once you have selected a plan, you can access your Airo page and click on + new agent to choose how you want to create your assistant :
Create via a guided creation
- Type of business: Real estate, e-commerce, restaurant, etc.
- Agent's type: Sales, support, appointment, etc.
- Agent's purpose: Qualify prospects, book appointments, collect info, etc.
- Target audience: Prospects, existing customers, patients, etc.
- Ideal call steps: Greet -> collect info -> qualify -> transfer, etc.
- Information to collect: Name, email, phone, etc.
- Communication tone: Professional, direct, casual, etc.
- Additional rules: Forbidden topics, language, and the need to send an email with a transcript after each call
Creation via a template or manual configuration
- Create from scratch with no pre-filled information.
- Use a template based on a role (support, sales, technical support, marketing) where information is already provided and ready for you to modify.
3. Personalizing your agent
You can further customize your agent's identity to fit your brand by modifying:
- Language
- Voice: You can personalize the gender and the accent, and listen to a preview.
- LLM : choose your favorite GPT
- Mood : Deterministic, creative or very creative
