How to enable the Attio integration
I. Obtain your API Access token in Attio
In order to generate an Access token from your workspace, you must be an admin. If you're not an admin for your workspace, you can ask an admin to complete the following steps:
- From the dropdown beside your workspace name, click Workspace settings.
- Click the Developers tab.
- Click + New access token.
- Give your new access token a name, e.g. 'Ringover'
- Enable Read-Write permissions for all available scopes.

II. Activate from Ringover
1. Log in to your Ringover Dashboard.
2. Go to Integrations.
3. Search for Attio in the list of available integrations.
5. Enter your Attio Access token
6. Click Activate
IV. Configure your settings
Stay on the Integrations page and click on Attio to open the configuration panel:

For a quick start from the integration panel:
- Make sure that you have mapped your users by clicking "+ Manage users".
- Turn on synchronization of your contacts (candidates) to ensure that all profiles are up-to-date and available in your Ringover interface.
Additionally:
- Verify that the users who are going to use the integration have their call recording enabled in the Dashboard user settings if you want to benefit from the call recording link, transcript link, and summary in your activities.

Install the Ringover click-to-call extension in your browser.
Once the extension is installed, the phone numbers in Attio will be highlighted.
You can now make a test call by clicking on a candidate's phone, placing a call via Ringover, and verifying that it is logged in Attio as an activity:
The call activity will include the notes and tags added manually by the user, as well as the call transcript link and summary:
💡 Important to know:
For Ringover to successfully add the call summary and transcript link in Attio, the original note created when the call ends must not be manually edited.
If the note is modified, Ringover will be unable to append the summary and transcript.
Your Ringover integration is now complete with Attio CRM! 🎉
