I. Scope
This feature enables you to record your online meetings with Empower and automatically log them as activities in your CRM, including:
An AI-generated summary
A link to the full Empower meeting analysis
The CRM contacts attached to the meeting log (matched using their email address)
II. Prerequisites
To log a meeting in your CRM, one of the following conditions must be met:
You have invited the Empower meeting assistant to your meeting
Or the Empower assistant is automatically enabled for your meetings (depending on your Empower configuration)
Please refer to the Empower documentation to learn how to set up and invite the meeting assistant.
III. How to activate the functionality?
Go to your Ringover Dashboard → Integrations
Open your CRM integration

Enable the following setting:
Depending on your CRM, you may see a different setting, sometimes displayed as a dropdown.In this case, you can choose under which CRM entity the meeting should be logged.
Important notes The top option usually supports one-to-many meetings
(all participants will be attached to the meeting).The below option supports one-to-one meetings only by design
(only the first matched participant will be attached).

1. How is the matching done?
We match meetings using the email addresses of contacts from your CRM.
2. Can I log internal meetings too?
No. To keep your CRM clean and focused on customer interactions, meetings that include only internal users are not logged.
