We have redesigned the Empower experience to provide you with a cleaner, less cluttered workspace focused on your essential tools. Here’s an overview of the main interface updates and new automation capabilities.
Simplified Interface and Advanced Features
1. Unified Navigation and Optimized Sidebar
To make navigation easier, we have grouped your interactions and freed up space on your screen:
Centralized Logs
The Audio, Video, and Pitch Room logs are now grouped in a central location. You can quickly navigate between these tabs without cluttering your screen.
Unified Inbox & “What’s New” Tab
The sidebar has been optimized. All your alerts and updates are now centralized in the inbox (icon at the bottom left).
In the same inbox, a dedicated tab “What’s New in Empower” lets you check the latest product updates (such as the arrival of AIRO Coach) and important announcements.

2. Quick Actions Menu “Add New”
We have simplified launching new tasks via the “Add New” dropdown menu at the top of your logs list.
From this single button, you can now:
- Add the meeting assistant.
- Import an audio or video file.
- Start a recording.
3. Simplified Analytics and Coaching View
Your call analysis has been revamped with a unified presentation for smoother reading.
- Unified view: The call score and coaching indicators are now combined in a single view. Just click “View Analysis” to see details without changing pages.
- Streamlined interface: Once opened, the view displays the overall score at the top, immediately followed by detailed coaching criteria below. You can clearly see what went well (Positives) and what needs improvement (Negatives).
4. More Powerful Workflows with New Variables
The Settings > AI Customization section now includes new options to automate your quality follow-up.
- Precise triggers: You can define fine-grained rules, for example, trigger an action when a call score is 2 stars or lower.
- Enhanced email alerts: You can automatically send emails to managers to flag calls that require special attention.
- Dynamic variables: To provide immediate context to the alert recipient, you can insert dynamic variables directly into the email subject or body.
- Examples of available variables: Agent (First & Last Name), Client (Company, Name), Call Score, Call Type, Date & Time.
