What’s new in the Conversation tab
1. The AI tool in conversations
In your conversations tab, you can now leverage AI to, for example, generate call summaries.
This feature is designed to make summarization easier, help define next steps, and serve as a coaching tool.
1. Click on the "AI Tools" button.
2. Choose a quick action such as "summarize" or "next steps".
3. You can also write a custom prompt or dictate it by voice.
💡 Good to know:
- These interactions with AI are strictly private; they are only visible to the agent, not to the customer.
- The AI relies on the last 10 interactions to generate its responses. Please note that tasks are not taken into account.
- The entire history of your interactions with AI is saved.
2. View options
The interface now offers two main display options:
- Conversations only
- A view with logs, omnichannel activity, and tasks
You can switch between them in the settings.
3. The "To Do" view
This view is dedicated to managing your priorities. It displays contacts with pending tasks and especially highlights missed calls.
4. Conversation filters
To make searching easier, you can filter your conversations by a specific date range.
This allows you to quickly view all interactions that took place during that period.
