Little Green Light is a powerful donor management and fundraising CRM designed specifically for non-profits. It helps organisations streamline their fundraising efforts by centralising constituent data, tracking donations, and managing relationships in one intuitive cloud-based platform.
The Ringover + Little Green Light integration allows you to:
- Make calls directly from LGL using the Ringover Chrome Extension (Click-to-call).
- Identify callers instantly with inbound screen-pops that link directly to LGL constituent records.
- Automatically log all call activities (direction, duration, outcome, tags) as Contact Reports or Notes in LGL.
- Sync SMS conversations, grouped by 24-hour windows, directly to the constituent’s timeline.
- Access AI-generated summaries, transcripts, and call recordings via secure links mapped to your LGL notes.
Prerequisites
Before starting the integration, please ensure the following requirements are met:
- Ringover Account: You must have a Business or Advanced plan with Admin access to your Ringover Dashboard.
- Little Green Light Account: You must have Admin access to generate an API Key from your LGL Settings.
I. Generate your API keys in Little Green Light (LGL)
To obtain the API Key:
- Go to "Settings".
- "Integration Settings".
- "LGL API" on the left of your screen.
- Select the API Type.
- Choose a description for your API key.
- Click on "Generate an API Access Token".
- Copy the API key.
II. Find your Subdomain in Little Green Light (LGL)
To find the Subdomain:
- Go to your Little Green Light webpage.

The subdomain is visible inside the URL and should end with "...littlegreenlight.com/":
III. Activate the integration from Ringover
- Log in to your Ringover Dashboard.
- Go to Integrations.
- Search for "Little Green Light".
- This window will open:
- Copy/Paste the Subdomain you found in section "II. Find your Subdomain in Little Green Light (LGL)".
- Copy/Paste the API key from your Little Green Light CRM into the Ringover dashboard.
- Click Activate.
IV. Configure your settings
From the Integrations page, click on Little Green Light to open the configuration panel.
1. Complete your user mapping
Click the "+ Manage users" button.
Saving your user mapping ensures that activities are logged in Little Green Light under the correct user.
Users with the same email address in both Ringover and Little Green Light are mapped automatically. If the email addresses differ, you will need to map the user manually and click Save.
2. Enable contact synchronisation
If you want to ensure that your contacts are synchronised, Ringover offers two options:
- Global sync (all your contacts are synced in Ringover)
- Call-by-call synchronisation (contacts are synced in Ringover when they call you or when you call them).
You can choose to search for and display the contact. In that case, info will be stored on Ringover’s side only if call-by-call basis is activated:
3. Activate AI summaries and transcripts
- In your Dashboard User settings, ensure that call recording is enabled if you want AI summaries and transcripts to be added to Little Green Light activities.

Ensure that the setting "Include summaries in call logs" is enabled.
You are now ready to make calls! Install the Ringover click-to-call extension.
You can make a test call and verify that the activity, summary, and transcript link are correctly logged in Little Green Light.
Activities will not only be logged on your contacts, but also on the related company and in your activity feed.
