Configuring Zoho CRM Integration
If you want to configure your integration, here is what each option means:
Call types : Select "Manage call types" to choose the types of calls you want to be included in your integration.
Include recordings in call logs : Use the dropdown menu to determine which call recordings should be attached to your CRM call logs.
Phone numbers : Select "Select numbers" to specify which phone numbers should be tracked in the integration.
SMS messaging numbers : Select "Select numbers" to choose the specific numbers for which SMS messages will be logged.
Whatsapp messaging numbers : Select "Select numbers" to assign the numbers that will sync WhatsApp messages to your CRM.
Link users with an account : Select "Manage users" to map your Ringover users to their corresponding CRM accounts.
Assign missed IVR calls to : Use the dropdown menu to select which CRM user should automatically be assigned any missed calls from your IVR.
Log internal calls : Toggle this switch to enable or disable the logging of internal calls made between your team members.
Include Empower summaries and transcripts in call logs : Toggle this option to automatically attach AI-generated Empower summaries and transcripts to your CRM call logs.
10. Log Empower meeting summaries : Toggle this switch to automatically log your Empower meeting summaries directly into the CRM.
11. Include scenario name in call logs (for incoming IVR calls) : Enable this option to display the specific IVR scenario name within the details of logged incoming calls.
12. Select contact manually : Toggle this feature to allow users to manually choose which contact a communication should be logged under.
13. Logs display language : Use the dropdown menu to set your preferred language (e.g., English) for how call logs are displayed.
14. Link tags to call type : Enable this option to automatically associate your Ringover tags with specific call types in the CRM.
15. Link tags to call outcome : Enable this option to map your Ringover tags to their respective call outcomes in your CRM.
16. Type of object created : Use the dropdown menu to define what type of CRM object (such as Contacts) is automatically created for new interactions.
17. Set SMS task status as : Use the dropdown menu to select the default completion status (e.g., Completed) for logged SMS tasks.
18. Set WhatsApp task status as : Use the dropdown menu to designate the default completion status for logged WhatsApp task records.
19. Link activities to non-closed deals : Toggle this option to automatically associate incoming communications with active, open deals in your CRM.
20. Log WhatsApp messages : Toggle this switch to enable or disable the synchronization of WhatsApp messages into your CRM logs.
21. Group WhatsApp conversations by : Use the dropdown menu to determine how WhatsApp messages are grouped together (e.g., as a Full conversation) in your logs.
22. Create contact for calls : Use the dropdown menu to configure whether or not a new contact page should be automatically created when you receive a call from an unknown number.
23. Create contact for SMS messages : Use the dropdown menu to define if a new contact should be generated when receiving an SMS from an unrecognized number.
24. Create contact for WhatsApp messages : Toggle this option to automatically create a new contact in your CRM when receiving a WhatsApp message from a new number.
25. Sync contacts (v4) : Enable this toggle to activate the version 4 contact synchronization between Ringover and your CRM.
26. Sync contacts on a call-by-call basis : Toggle this setting to synchronize contact information only when a specific call occurs.
27. Display contact's info during call and only store their info if call-by-call basis is activated : Enable this switch to show contact details while ringing and conditionally store them based on your call-by-call sync settings.
28. Mapped fields : Select "Add or edit fields" to match your Zoho CRM fields (like First Name, Last Name, and Phone) to the information displayed in your dialer.
