1. Configure tags in Bullhorn
Before configuring Bullhorn, you must set up your desired tags in your Ringover account. Follow the instructions in this article 👉 How to create call tags
You must create tags manually in Bullhorn.
Go to your Bullhorn CRM.
Click on Menu and select Admin.
Select System Settings (Extend the page view to 500 per page to have all variables visible).
Find the variable commentActionList (use your browser's search/Ctrl+F).
Click the small arrow to open the variable.
Write the exact same tags from Ringover in the "value" box.
3. View and edit mapped tags
After completing a call, you can verify which tags were mapped to the CRM activity.
Go to the Menu.
Click on Candidate to open an activity in Bullhorn.
Go to the left corner under Actions and click Edit.
View the tag used for the call inside the Action field.
Select a different tag from the list to change it manually if needed.
