How to add your products on Airo Coach

Configuring your product in AIRO Coach allows you to provide the AI with essential context about your company, features, and pricing. In this guide, you’ll learn how to successfully add and format your product details in Empower.

Setting up your product in AIRO Coach

1. Access the product settings

Navigate to your AIRO Coach session in Empower to start setting up your specific product information.

  1. Go to your AIRO Coach session in Empower.

  2. Click on Our product.

2. Add your product information

Fill in the core details about your software or service to give the coach the necessary background. Use the following fields as a guide:

  1. Add the product Name (e.g., Ringover).

  2. Enter your Website URL.

  3. Define your USP (Unique Selling Proposition) (e.g., Reliable cloud telephony for SMBs and enterprises).

  4. Write a brief Description (e.g., Cloud-based communication platform offering business phone solutions, analytics, and integrations).

  5. List your key Features (e.g., Basic call analytics, IVR and call queues, Unlimited calling to 100+ destinations not including Switzerland).

3. Add your pricing plans

Define your specific pricing tiers and what they include so the coach can reference them accurately during practice.

  1. Enter the Plan name (e.g., Smart).

  2. Detail the Pricing information (e.g., SMART: €21 / month, Best for: Basic needs, Includes: Unlimited calls to 110 destinations, click-to-call, basic switchboard).

  3. List the Plan features (e.g., Telephony & Connectivity: Provides all classic business telephony features; Core Features: Includes the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system to route calls; AI/Productivity: call transcription / Voicemail transcription AI and call summary AI).

Be as detailed as possible when listing the features and pricing of each plan, as this allows the AI to provide more accurate and relevant coaching to your agents.

Once all your product and pricing details are filled out, ensure the information is securely stored, click on Save product.
