1. Export web contacts directly to Ringover campaigns (Shared Campaign)

Batch-export detected phone numbers from your CRM or web pages directly into Ringover call, voicemail, or SMS campaigns.

1. Open your CRM contacts page or any website containing phone numbers.
2. Open the Ringover Dialer extension (the extension will automatically scan and count available numbers).
3. Select the Shared campaign option.
4. Click on the pencil icon next to the "send to client numbers to call" button.
5. Select an existing Ringover campaign from your dropdown list.
6. Click on Send to.
7. Confirm the green checkmark icon appears to verify that numbers were successfully added to your campaign.

2. Dashboard view

• Back in Ringover, you'll see that all the numbers have been added to the selected campaign.

• The same feature also works with Voicemail and SMS campaigns, and it can be used on any website.
