Activating and using the Parallel Dialer 

1. Comply with the rules and specific requirements

To ensure compliance with regulations (in particular, ARCEP rules and the French Consumer Code), Ringover regulates the use of the Parallel Dialer.

• Number identification (NPV): Use is based on the category of Verified Multi-purpose Numbers (specific ranges: 01 62, 01 63, 02 70, 02 71, 03 77, 03 78, 04 24, 04 25, 05 68, 05 69, 09 48, 09 49).
• Contact limit: Each recipient may not be contacted more than 4 times over a period of 30 calendar days.

2. Configure and make calls in the Webapp

Activate the simultaneous dual call feature and adjust the delay between calls.

1. Go to the Power Dialer section in the Ringover Webapp.
2. Click the Parallel Dialer option to activate or deactivate it.
3. Set the delay between each call in seconds (for example, a 5-second delay before contacting the next number).

3. Manage parallel calls during a campaign

The system automatically starts two simultaneous calls to maximise reachability.

1. Start your private campaign in the Power Dialer.
2. As soon as a contact answers, the agent is immediately connected to them.
3. The other simultaneous call is automatically cancelled to avoid disruption and reduce costs.
4. The cancelled call is automatically moved to the "No answer" column of the campaign.
