How to Manage the Workspace and AI Processing in Empower

Workspace Team Settings in Empower allow administrators to define privacy rules, manage access to call recordings, configure artificial intelligence processing, and control CRM integrations for the entire organisation. In this article, you will learn how to configure call access permissions, adjust AI analysis criteria, synchronise your data with your CRM, and manage global administration options.

1. Call Access and Privacy

The Call Access and Privacy section allows you to control the visibility of communications within your teams and restrict access to certain sensitive media.

1. Group call visibility: Allows members of the same group to view calls made by their colleagues. This data is also included in analytics.
2. Restrict audio access: Select users who will not be allowed to listen to call audio recordings.
3. Restrict video access: Define users who do not have access to call and meeting videos.
4. Restrict transcript access: Limit viewing written transcripts to specific users.

2. AI Processing

The AI Processing section allows you to adjust the automatic analysis rules applied to calls and meetings in your workspace.

1. Analyse short calls: Enable this option to include calls under 60 seconds in the AI analysis.
2.  Voicemail AI processing: Automatically process and analyse the content of voicemail messages left by your callers.
3. Restrict by call tag: Limit AI analysis strictly to calls associated with specific tags.
4. Default AI processing language: Select the primary language used for conversation analysis and CRM synchronisation.

3. Integrations and CRM Synchronisation

The Integrations section manages data flow between Empower, your voice tools, and your connected CRM.

1. Sync AIRO Voice calls with Empower : Automatically display and analyse calls coming from your AIRO account directly within the Empower interface.
2. Sync CRM on summary regeneration : Automatically send call summary updates to your CRM whenever you rerun an analysis.
3. Sync actionables to CRM tasks : Automatically create tasks in your CRM from actionable items detected during calls and meetings.

4. Global Admin Options

The Admin section groups global settings for interface, team privacy, and participant management.

1. Orange mode: Switch the user interface accent colour to orange across your entire workspace.
2. Workspace Feature Controls : Enable or disable key features for your teams by clicking Configure.
3. AI Monitoring: Authorise sharing anonymised usage data with Ringover to contribute to continuous model improvement.
4. Email reading for writing style : Allow Empower to analyse connected professional emails from team members to learn their writing style.
5. Redo Empower Onboarding: Allows administrators to rerun the workspace onboarding flow at any time.
6. Non-participant emails & domains: Add email addresses or domain names to exclude so they are not counted as participants in meetings.
