Calls covered by your settings are automatically logged as tasks on the matching record in ModulR. Call activities include the call direction, date, duration, outcome, agent and phone numbers.
Notes and tags added after the call enrich the existing activity. Recording links, Ringover summaries and transcription links are included according to your settings and their availability.

- Add a note or tag in Ringover after the call.
- Open the corresponding record in ModulR.

SMS and WhatsApp messages are also logged according to the numbers, logging and grouping settings you selected.
You can now manage your Ringover communications and review their history directly in ModulR.
