You have the option of forwarding your calls to a colleague in case you don’t answer, or unconditionally.
This function is very useful, especially if you have set up an on-call service to handle calls that occur outside of your phone reception hours.
💻 Go to https://app.ringover.com/settings.
Under the call forwarding section, choose the type of forwarding (Missed calls only, or All calls), then select "Forward to a user" from the drop-down menu 📑. Select the name of one of your colleagues. The cursor will automatically switch to green ✅.
💡 Your transferred calls will appear in your call log.
Your calls will now be automatically transferred to the selected colleague according to your settings!
