You can choose to forward your calls to a colleague's phone in case of no answer or unconditionally. This function is very useful, especially if you have set up an on-call service to handle calls outside of your regular business hours.
Forward your calls to a colleague's phone
- Go to the "Call Forwarding" section in your Ringover profile settings
- Select the type of forwarding 📑:

- All calls: missed, incoming, outgoing...
- Only missed calls
- Select the 'Forward to a user' option from the call transfer options:

- Enter the name of one of your colleagues
💡 Your forwarded calls will appear in your call log
Your calls will be automatically forwarded to the selected colleague(s) according to the chosen option! 👌
