The "click to call" feature in Ringover allows users (who do not have a Ringover account) to start a phone call simply by clicking on a link or phone number, offering a fast and convenient way to initiate phone conversations without needing to dial numbers manually.

Click-to-call

1. Retrieve your Click-to-Call signature link

You can retrieve this link directly from your Ringover account in two different ways.

Option A: From your general settings (Webapp)

1. Go to your Ringover settings.
2. Select the "General" tab.
3. Scroll down to the "Click-to-Call Signature" section.
4. Click on the "Copy" button to copy the code or link for your signature

Option B: From the "Users" section (Dashboard)

If you are an administrator of the solution, you can also configure or copy the signature of another user:

1. Go to the "Users" section in your Ringover Dashboard.
2. Select the relevant user.
3. Click on the three dots icon on the right.
4. Locate the "Click-to-Call Signature" section.
5. Click "Copy" according to the link type of your choice.

2. Add the clickable signature to your emails

Once the signature is copied to your clipboard, you need to integrate it into your usual email client (Gmail, Outlook, etc.).

1. Open your email client settings
2. Go to the email signature configuration section
3. Paste the copied signature (via Ctrl+V or right-click)
4. Save the changes made to your email settings
