With systematic recording of internal calls being restricted for companies, you can opt to record your employees' internal conversations with their consent.
Important limitations to note:
- Call recording only applies to new calls after activation and cannot be used for past calls
- Internal Ringover calls (intra-Ringover) are not recorded by default, but can be enabled through the steps below
To activate internal call recording:
- 💻 Sign in on your Dashboard> Settings> Other
- Go to the "Settings"
- Click on the slider for "Recording of internal calls" so that it turns green 🖊️
💡 You also have the possibility of choosing how long your data is stored for (1, 3, 6, or 12 months).
