Call campaigns allow you to create lists of contacts and assign them to multiple agents to accelerate your sales. In this guide, you’ll learn how to activate the Power Dialer, build your contact lists, and successfully launch your campaigns.
Prerequisites
- To access this feature, you must have a Ringover Advanced license.
- Must be an administrator of the account or a Supervisor with "Campaigns" access.
- Check if you Power Dialer is activated.
Create and Manage Call Campaigns
You can activate up to 5 simultaneous campaigns.
Your campaigns are reusable indefinitely.
You can add contacts, tags, and agents to your campaigns at any time, whether they are active or not.
If you want to manage more campaigns, an add-on is available to activate 5 additional campaigns.
1. Access to call campaign
Give the access
- Go to the Users section in the "Settings" menu of the Ringover Dashboard.
- Select the user to whom you want to grant access.
- Choose Supervisor in the "Dashboard Access" section.
- Check the Campaigns box.
2. Edit a call list
Set up your campaign, add your contacts, and assign your agents. Your campaigns are reusable indefinitely, and you can add contacts or agents at any time.
- Navigate to the Call Campaigns section in your Ringover Dashboard.
- Select an empty campaign.
- Name your call campaign and add a call script or tags if you wish.
Create a unique tag for your call campaign so you can easily filter your calls.
- Click the Import a file button (.TXT or .CSV format) OR click Or add manually.
- Select the column containing the phone numbers you want to call once the file is imported.
- Choose the labels for the other columns (name, company, address, or custom).
- Select the number of call attempts for unanswered calls.
- Select how to dispatch your calls (same order as the list or random order).
- Choose the users and/or groups that will make the calls.
- Click on Launch campaign.
Keep in mind there is a limit of 1,000 contacts per import, but you can purchase the "Call Campaign Expansion" add-on to add another 1,000 numbers to the same campaign.
Power Dialer
1. Activate the Power Dialer
Enable the dialer in your settings and grant user permissions so your team can access the feature.
- Go to your Ringover account settings.
- Activate Power Dialer under the "Outbound Calls" section.
2. Launch the call campaign
All selected users will be able to access the campaign from the shared campaigns list.
- Go to the Power Dialer page.
- Select the call campaign you want to use in the "Shared List" section.
- Click Start in the top-right corner.
3. Track your campaign
Review the details and performance of your campaigns to keep track of your sales operations.
- Go to your Power Dialer page.
- Click on a campaign to see its details, such us numbers to contact, attemps, done, unanswered, etc.
