How to activate call recordings
- 💻 Go to your Dashboard> Settings> Users
- Select a user and click "Edit"

A popup window will appear, where you should:
- Click on the "Permissions" section
- Within the section, locate the "Recordings and Supervision" category
- Activate the "Record Conversations" setting
- Ensure that the necessary settings are enabled
How to download call recordings from the Dashboard
- 💻 Go to your Dashboard> Logs> Call logs
- Click on the "settings" icon located to the right of the call you want to download (indicated by a red circle)
- Click on Download

- Click on the three dots located to the right of the recording
- Click on Download
How to download call recordings from the WebApp
- 💻 Go to your Ringover Webapp
- Click on the call you wish to observe
