If you forget your password
Simply click on "Forgot your password" on the login page. Then, you will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. If you don't see this email in your primary inbox, please check your junk mail folder; it might be there.
Password reset issues
If you are not receiving a password reset link, even after checking your spam folder, contact customer support. They can help verify your email settings, unblock any email delivery issues, and resend the password reset link. Ensure that your email address is correct.
Inaccessible user account
If you can't access a user's account due to a deactivated email or lost password, contact Ringover support directly. You'll need to provide documentation proving your authorization to manage the account, such as proof of employment or company ownership. The support team can guide you through the process of account transfer or access restoration.
Why change your password periodically?
For security reasons, Ringover requires password resets every 12 months. This helps protect your account by ensuring that passwords are regularly updated and potential security vulnerabilities are minimized.

From your Ringover interface
- 💻 Go to your Ringover WebApp
- Click on "Settings" ⚙️
- Select the "General account settings" section
- Look for the "Change Password" option
- Click on "Modify"
- Fill in the fields and click on "Update" to save your new password
That's it! You can now access your Ringover account with your new password! 👌
