Time slots allow you to determine the periods when incoming calls will be active, meaning the availability hours of your phone. Outside these hours, you can redirect calls to voicemail, to an external number, or set up automatic messages.
Prerequisites
- Your administrator must enable permissions for you to use this functionality
Step 1: Enable the functionality from the Dashboard (Administrator)
💡 You must be an administrator to enable the permissions and use this functionality
- Go to your Dashboard> Settings> Users
- Click "Edit" next to the user for whom you want to enable the functionality
- Select the "Permissions" section
- 🔍 Search for "Business hours"
- Enable it by clicking the button that appears on the right
Step 2: Customize your time slots
- 💻 Go to the WebApp or the desktop application of Ringover
- Click on "Settings" ⚙️ and go to the "Calls" section.
- Head to the "Working Hours" section
- Enable the functionality by clicking the button that appears on the right
The default schedule will automatically appear
- 💻 To edit your working hours, open the time dropdown list 📅 and select the desired time slot.
💡 To add or remove a slot, use the “+” or “–” buttons.
- Click "Save" when you're done ✅
This way, outside the hours you’ve defined, all your calls will be automatically sent to voicemail 👌
