You no doubt have an important contact base that you want to import from your lists. With Ringover it’s easy! 😀
💻 For this, visit your Dashboard>Configuration>Other.
Click on “Import contact” and select your file 📁 (in the correct format, according to instructions):
⚠️ Your file must be formatted correctly by following the instructions provided here 👇
You will then see the number of contacts that has been imported, along with the time and date of the import 🕐:
Your contacts will now be visible from your Ringover account and are automatically shared with your team members! 👌
