Ringover makes a Snooze feature available to your users. This allows them to make themselves unavailable for incoming calls, whether on a direct line or through an IVR.
π» Go to your Dashboard.
You can then see which of your agents are available, on the phone, signed out or on Snooze.
Drag the cursor over the profile of a user on Snooze to see how long they've been unavailable.
Click on a user's name to find out the reason they are unavailable π¬ and change this status if necessary.
To activate Snooze for an available user π¨βπΌ, click on their profile to access their settings.
Once under their settings βοΈ, activate Snooze and enter a reason if necessary.
π» Go to your Dashboard.
Click on the profile of the user π¨βπΌ for whom you wish to activate this feature and go to the "Permissions" section.
Then activate Snooze to allow the use of this feature β .
