🖥️ Go to your Dashboard>Activity to find out the real-time status of your agents.

You’ll then be able to see which agents are available, on the line, unavailable or signed out.

- In the left column, you'll find the users who are available and on call, along with the platforms they are using 📱 (web interface, mobile application…).

In the right column, you'll see the users who are disconnected and in 'Snooze' mode, along with their unavailability reason.

At the top right of the above image, you can use these three features:
- Search for a specific user,
- Details for inactive users with 'at least 1 call today' and 'no call today',
- And the function to expand the window and thus view the complete list of your users.

Remote Sign-Out of Agent

On the list of your agents in communication, you can disconnect them from the call. To do this, click on the red button that appears when you hover over the user and force the disconnection:
