Tracking inactive users allows you to easily monitor your team's calling performance and ensure everyone is actively engaged. In this guide, you’ll learn how to access the inactive users dashboard and view the time elapsed since their last call.
Tracking inactive users
1. Access the inactive users
You can quickly view who on your team has been inactive directly from your main dashboard.
- Go to your activity page.
- Click on the alarm icon that corresponds to the inactive users button.
2. Review the call activity data
Once the dashboard is open, you can easily read and analyze your team's daily performance metrics.
- On the left side: You will see the overall time since the last call.
- On the right side: You will see specific members who had no calls today. You will also see the members who had at least 1 call today, including exactly how long it has been since their last call ended.
