Ringover allows you to analyze your call history using precise filters such as call type, advanced filters, tags, specific time periods, or call duration.
How to filter your call history
1. Select filters
To filter your calls, go to “Edit filters”. First, you can choose the call scope (all calls, IVR, direct lines, or custom).
In this example, the filters select answered calls from France, excluding intra-Ringover calls and calls outside business hours.
Once your criteria are set, click “Search” to display the matching results.
2. Save filters
To avoid recreating the same filters for each search, you can save them.
After selecting your filters:
- Click “Your filters”
- Then click “Save selected filters”
- Give your filter a name
- Click “Search”
3. Details of available filters
The filters include:
- The call scope (all, IVR, direct lines, or custom)
- The call type: answered, missed, voicemail, outgoing, or failed outgoing calls
- The dates
- Predefined time periods
- The tags
In a second section, you can further refine your search with:
- The countries
- The contacts
- Advanced filters, including call nature, specific statuses, or particular attributes
For each criterion, you can include, exclude, or ignore the element.
4. You can also filter by different duration types: total duration, talk time, wait time, ringing time, after-call work, and time spent in the IVR menu.
5. Finally, you can filter your calls using tags or tag groups that you previously created.
