Start by navigating to your account to view your overall performance.
- Go to your Ringover account.
- Go to the statistics section.
- Access your analytics overview.
You can monitor detailed statistics across all your communication channels.
Call Statistics
- Service level
- Total calls
- Total calls duration.
- Average call duration incoming
- Average call duration outgoing.
- Total snooze time
- Call tags used.
SMS Statistics
- View the total SMS messages sent.
- Check the total fragments used for your messages.
Video Call Statistics
- See the platform most used and how many meetings were held.
- Review the total duration, average video call duration, and average number of participants.
Customize your view to find the exact information you need.
- Select "show only your stats" to view personal metrics.
- Filter the data to show only your direct line or IVRs.
- Put in a custom date range.
