ActiveCampaign’s CRM allows you to track contacts, organize business opportunities in customizable pipelines, automate certain tasks (such as sending emails or assigning tasks), and centralize interactions with prospects or clients.
Prerequisites:
- You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to use this integration 💳
- The integration must be performed by an administrator or technical account in Ringover 👨💼
- The integration must be done with an administrator account in ActiveCampaign
Step 1: Activation
- 💻To link your ActiveCampaign account to your Ringover account, go to Dashboard>Store>Integration,
- Search for "ActiveCampaign" and click on it.
Enter the URL 🔗 and the API key 🔑 of your ActiveCampaign environment, then click on “Activate”.
(Go to the "Settings” > Developer" menu in your ActiveCampaign interface, then retrieve the URL and API key.)
That's it, the integration is complete! 🎉
Step 2: Configure your ActiveCampaign integration
Configure the integration behavior according to your needs via the settings. To do so, go back to Dashboard> Store> Integration and click on "ActiveCampaign".
