Integrating your Ringover account with DigitalOcean allows you to connect your communication tools seamlessly with your cloud storage. In this guide, you’ll learn how to activate the integration and correctly configure your bucket credentials.
Prerequisites
Before starting the setup, ensure you meet the following requirements:
- You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account.
- The integration must be performed by a Ringover administrator account.
Integrate Ringover with DigitalOcean
1. Activate the Integration
You can start the setup process directly from your dashboard.
- Go to the Ringover Integrations page.
- Click on Activate.
2. Configure your integration
To finalize the connection, fill in the required fields with your DigitalOcean details:
- Region: Enter the location of your bucket.
- Access: Enter the ID of a user with write access to the bucket.
- Secret: Enter the password of a user with write access to the bucket.
- Force path style: Leave this option disabled.
- Endpoint: Enter the name of the bucket's access point.
- Bucket: Enter the name of your bucket.
- Realtime copy to DigitalOcean
- Backup previous files' information
