The integration of Ringover into Firefox through an extension allows you to:
Call your customers back in one click by clicking on a phone number on a web page (CRM, email, etc.)
Receive a pop-up for incoming calls that lets you answer the call
Make calls easily using the dialer by entering a phone number or typing a contact’s name
To install the Ringover extension on Firefox, follow this link. To download the app, click on "Add to Firefox". ✅

Once installed, you can access the extension via its icon at the top of your screen, to the left of your browser search bar! 🤗

Troubleshooting Common Firefox Integration Issues
Enabling Notifications
To enable notifications for incoming calls in Firefox:
Click the menu (three bars in top right)
Go to Settings
Navigate to Privacy and Security
In the Permissions section, click 'Settings...' next to Notifications
Manage site permissions and click 'Save Changes'
Not Receiving Call Notifications?
If you're not receiving call notifications, try these solutions:
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Switch to Google Chrome for better compatibility
- Download and use the Ringover desktop application for more reliable notifications
Issues with Click-to-Call or Add-on Prompts
If you encounter prompts to install add-ons when making calls or issues with the click-to-call feature:
- Refresh your browser (press F5)
- Ensure you're running the application in full-screen mode
- Completely close and restart Firefox
- Contact Ringover technical support if issues persist
