Integration with Ringover
Prerequisite
- You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to take advantage of this integration.
- The integration must be performed by an administrator or technician account at Ringover.
Activation
- 💻 Go to your Webhooks, then activate the “Contact Call” webhook by switching the cursor to green.

Enter the following URL: https://api.extrabat.com/v1/webhook/contact-event/ringover
Now, you’ll need to give this key to your contact point at Extrabat, so that they can save it to your account.
There you go, the integration is complete! 🎉
The integration is now activated. You’ll now be able to find your Extrabat contacts in your Ringover interface and open files by clicking on the icon during a call.
