SMS campaigns offer you the ability to manage and automate your company's outgoing calls. They are designed to help sales teams, customer service, or any other department that needs to make bulk calls organize and execute their communications effectively.
Requirements
- You must be an administrator of your account 👨 Ringover or a supervisor of the "SMS Campaigns" function to access this feature
Step 1: Access the "SMS Campaigns" Function
- 💻 Go to your Dashboard> Campaigns> SMS Campaigns
- Click on "Request Access" (if you don't have it) 🔐
- A request will be sent to the support team, who will grant you access to the "SMS Campaign" functionality as soon as possible

Step 2: Configure Access to the "SMS Campaigns" Function
💡 Note:

- You must be an account administrator to grant access to the "SMS Campaigns" function to a user.
- Go to your Dashboard > Settings > Users
- Search for the user you want to grant access to
- Click on "Edit"
- In the "Dashboard Access" section, select "Supervisor" and check the box corresponding to "Campaigns" ✅
Step 3: Send an SMS Campaign
Once your request has been approved, you will have access to the functionality 🎉. To send an SMS campaign:
- Go to your Dashboard > Campaigns > SMS Campaigns
- Click on "Create Campaign"
- Give your campaign a name
- Select your brand, which will appear as the sender of the message
- Choose the destination country

- Draft your message
💡 Note:

- An SMS can contain a maximum of 160 characters, of which 14 are reserved for the words "STOP 36179."
- The price of your campaign 💸 is automatically updated based on the number of SMS sent. For more information, check our article: Texting: Understanding and controlling usage.
- SMS campaigns do not allow customer replies.
- Enter the numbers of your recipients, separated by commas or new lines (limit of 1000 recipients per campaign).
- Select the 🗑️ "Delete" icon to the right of the numbers to remove incorrect numbers or those outside the destination country
- Click on "Create and Launch" 📤 to send your SMS campaign
💡 Note:

- ⚠️ If an exclamation point appears in front of a sent campaign, it means the sending has been interrupted. Click on the relevant campaign to see the details.
- In case of "Technical Error" or "Insufficient Credit," wait a few seconds or refresh the page in the first case. In the second case, add credit 💰 to send your campaign.
The information for your campaign will appear on the main page 💬: name, day, time, and remaining recipients (those to whom the message has not yet been delivered).
Step 4: Track Campaign History
- Click on the three dots to the right of the campaign name to see the details: creator's name, creation date, message, recipients...
- Click on the three dots to the right of the campaign name to delete, duplicate, or restart the campaign.
