Adapting access rights to the Ringover Dashboard is crucial for optimizing collaboration within your team. It enhances data security by restricting access to sensitive information. By providing each member with the appropriate tools, you facilitate more effective cooperation and intuitive navigation, enriching the user experience.
The Ringover Dashboard 🖥 is the administration interface for your account. With it, you can create numbers, manage users, configure standards, and much more. You will also have access to detailed analytics 📊 and recordings of conversations 🎙.
While access to the Dashboard is primarily reserved for administrators, it is possible to grant certain users on your team access to specific sections.
- 💻 Go to Dashboard> Settings> Users and select the user to whom you wish to grant rights.
- From the “Dashboard Access” section, select the role you wish to assign them. You can also opt not to grant them any right:
Here are the possible roles:
- Admin 👨: This is the most important role. If you assign this role to a user, they will have full access to the Dashboard with no restrictions. Only the superadministrator can grant this role access to another user. Additionally, it's important to note that an administrator cannot modify the access of another administrator; it must be done by the superadministrator.
- Supervisor 📈: If you assign this role to a user, this user will only have access to the "Activity", "Logs," "Campaigns" and "Analytics" pages. They will also only have access to data for groups/IVRs authorised by the administrator.
- Accountant 💰: If you assign this role to a user, this user will only have access to the "Credits and billing" page to add credits and download invoices.
- Technical 🔧: If you assign this role to a user, they will only have access to the "Configuration," "Developer," and "Integrations" pages, allowing them to create IVRs, users, groups, and numbers.
