Allowing users to tag calls in Ringover is an invaluable feature that facilitates the organization and management of communications. With this function, users can categorize and classify their interactions according to different criteria, enabling them to quickly find relevant information when they need it. Additionally, tags provide an effective way to track interactions and analyze important data to improve efficiency and productivity.
Prerequisites:
- You must be a Ringover account administrator 👨💼 to access the Dashboard and enable this feature.
Step 1: Create and modify tags
- 💻 Go to your Dashboard > Settings > Call Tags
- Click on "Add tag" to create the tags you want to use
- 🖌️ Give it a name, a color, and select who will have access to the tag
To take into account:
- 💡 If you don't select any elements, your tag will be available to all users
💡 You can set the maximum number of tags to use during a call
Step 2: Allow users to tag their calls
- 💻 Go to your Dashboard> Settings> Users
- Check the "Tag calls" box in the "Calls" section under "Permissions"
💡 You can also apply permissions to other users
Note:
- You can enable mandatory notes and tags after each call from your users to better track interactions with clients. Click here to know how to enable mandatory notes and tags.
Step 3: Tagging calls
- 💻 Go to your Ringover Webapp
- Click on the "Tags" button at the top right of the screen
- Click on the tag icon that appears below each call to add a tag (Indicated with a red circle)
💡 You can also add or remove tags by clicking directly on the call record in question
